Returns

If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Bags and clothing must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark this number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process:

1. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow [1-3 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

2. Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing tags.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]  with photos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
